Public toilets – Hall Leys Park play area

The Town Council took over the running of the toilets in the children’s play area of Hall Leys Park from Derbyshire Dales District Council following their closure in May 2018.

We organised a programme of refurbishment, carried out by a local building company, before reopening them to the public in April 2019.  They now feature a drinking fountain and water bottle filling station, helping to reduce the amount of plastic waste in the park.  The Town Council is receiving ongoing support for the project from Derbyshire Dales District Council, who manage and maintain the park as a whole.

The toilets be will open 7 days per week at the following times:

Mid February – March	9am-4pm
April – October	9am-6pm
November – Mid December	9am-4pm
Mid-December – Mid February	CLOSED
